As soon as you register, you'll receive a standard document to complete so that you can easily transfer all the information about your property, as well as a bank form to sign to connect your bank account to the application. Once you send these documents to YouRent, you'll be ready to go!

To facilitate integration, one of our managers will help you with data migration and train you and your staff. He or she will help you adapt YouRENT to your specific needs and get the most out of it. This approach is reserved for our Owner and Agency editions.

YouRent is an open solution. We are working to connect the platform with all the relevant partners in our real estate ecosystem. This includes banks, Statbel, Expertym, Immoweb, etc. Discover our partners here.

Yourent is based on the commercial Open Source Odoo software. As a result, you benefit from a complete solution with accounting, messaging, connectivity and other functionalities. You also have the guarantee that the solution will evolve quickly and live for the long term.

As a YouRent customer, you have your own database. This database belongs to you and you can download or delete it at any time. We do not access it unless there is a technical reason to do so. The database is highly secure and backed up every hour.

Is YouRent multilingual?

YouRent is currently available in English, French and Dutch. It covers the Belgian market but is ready for international use. You can use it on your computer, tablet and smartphone. All you need is an Internet connection, your login and your password.
