What is your role?
As a Senior Odoo Developer, you will be in charge of the technical development and continuous improvement of our leading Property Management Software, YouRENT, built on the Odoo platform. You will handle complex customizations, module development, integrations and performance optimizations. You will be at the central point of our company as you will have to coordinate with Digital Project Managers, the product team and customer service support.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business and functional requirements
- Develop, customize and maintain Odoo modules and applications (Python, Odoo framework, XML, JavaScript)
- Design and execute data migration and integration plans
- Ensure high code quality, testing, performance and scalability
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support customer implementations
- Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders
- Actively participate to the product development and roadmap
- Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge
Your profile
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent •
- 3Y+ successful experience as an Odoo Developer
- Strong expertise in Odoo framework, Python, PostgreSQL and web technologies
- Experience with ERP/business software projects (real estate or property management is a strong plus)
- Great analytical and synthetical skills
- Business minded and result oriented •
- Fluent in French and English (written & spoken)
- Entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, autonomy
Nice to have
- Previous experience in Vibe coding
- Knowledge of machine learning
- Knowledge of the OWL network
- Leadership
